O Allah, I ask You for its [the wind's] goodness and seek refuge in You from its evil.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forehead is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your decision concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have named Yourself with, or You have taught to any of Your creation, or You have revealed in Your Book, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the delight of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the remover of my anxieties.
O Allah, guide us among those You have guided, grant us well-being among those You have granted well-being, take us into Your care among those You have taken into Your care, bless us in what You have bestowed, and protect us from the evil of what You have decreed. For You decree and are not decreed against, and none is humiliated whom You have befriended. Blessed and exalted are You, our Lord.
Our Lord, grant us from among our spouses and our offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example to the righteous.
Praise be to Allah Who made me taste food and satisfied me and quenched my thirst. Praise be to Allah Who kept my body sound, returned my soul to me, and permitted me to remember Him.
The thirst has gone, the veins are quenched, and the reward is confirmed, if Allah wills.
O Allah, grant us refreshing rain that is life-giving, beneficial, not harmful, a quick shower, not delayed.
O Allah, forgive me all my sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provisions, and deeds that are accepted.
All praise is for Allah Who revived us after He caused us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.
O Allah, grant my soul its righteousness, and purify it, for You are the Best Purifier; You are its Guardian and its Cherisher. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not feel humble, from a soul that is never satisfied, and from a supplication that is not heard.
O Allah, make useful for me what You have taught me, teach me that which will be useful for me, and increase me in knowledge.
