Narrated Hudhaifa: Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) got up for the night (to offer his prayers), he would say: 'Allah is the Greatest! Glory be to Allah. All praise is due to Allah! There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest! And there is no power nor might but with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great.' Then he would say: 'O Allah! Forgive my sins, or grant me forgiveness.' He would also say: 'All praise is due to Allah Who gave us life after death, and to Him is the resurrection.' And when he wanted to sleep, he would lie down on his right side and say: 'O Allah! I submit my face to You, and I entrust my affair to You, and I seek refuge in You for the sake of Your Pleasure, and You are the Seeker of the hidden things, and the Knower of the visible things. O Allah! I seek protection for myself with You from every ignorant, oppressive, and injurious enemy.' He would often recite the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah in this connection. And when he wanted to get up from his bed (at night), he would say: 'All praise is due to Allah Who gave us health in our bodies and strength to worship Him and brought us back to life. He grants us the favors of Islam.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 6312)
