O Allah, I ask You for guidance, God-consciousness, chastity (purity), and self-sufficiency (contentment).
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overcome by debt and subjugated by men.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to anyone from Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or kept with You in the knowledge of the unseen, to make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the remover of my worries.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the distress of affliction, the attainment of wretchedness, the evil of decree, and the rejoicing of enemies.
Glory be to You, O Allah, and all praise is Yours. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance.
O Allah, the Restorer of the lost, the Guide of the astray, You guide from misguidance. Restore to me my lost possession by Your power and Your authority, for it is from Your grace and Your giving.
O Allah, I ask You for a sincere repentance, which You make a safeguard for me in this world and the Hereafter.
Our Lord, do not make our hearts deviate after You have guided us and bestow upon us mercy from You. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of Satan and from the evil of myself. And I seek refuge in Allah from bringing evil upon myself or extending it to any Muslim.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hellfire, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death.
