The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'When any one of you wants to enter the privy, he should say: Bismillahi, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal khubuthi wal khaba'ith.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 142). In another narration from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), it is reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal khubuthi wal khaba'ith.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 6306).
