O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and from the torment of Hellfire, and from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the Dajjal.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, bless us in what You have provided us and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
O Allah, grant my soul its piety, and purify it, for You are the best to purify it. You are its Guardian and its Master. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not feel humble, from a soul that is never satisfied, and from a supplication that is not answered.
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, the Cleaver of the grain and the date-stone, the Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Criterion. I seek refuge in You from the evil of all things, the forelock of which You are seizing. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Apparent, so there is nothing above You; You are the Hidden, so there is nothing nearer than You. Discharge our debts from us and enrich us from poverty.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and being overcome by men.
In the name of Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, this is from You and belongs to You. This is my sacrifice (or mention the animal, etc.). So, accept it from me.
O Allah, I ask You for knowledge that is beneficial, for lawful provision, and for deeds that are accepted.
In the name of Allah, I perform Ruqyah for you, from every ailment that harms you, from the evil of every soul and envious eye. May Allah cure you; in the name of Allah, I perform Ruqyah for you.
In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we exit, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth nor in the sky can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provisions, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, help me to remember You, to give thanks to You, and to worship You in the best way.
