Duas related to traveling
O Allah, I ask You for its (the place) goodness, the goodness of its people, and the goodness of whatever is in it. And I seek refuge in You from its evil, the evil of its people, and the evil of whatever is in it.
"O Allah, I ask You from Your bounty."
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure and lawful provision, and deeds that are accepted.
Glory be to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could never have accomplished it by ourselves. And to our Lord, we will surely return.
O Allah, bless for me my market/purchase.
In the name of Allah, I embark upon this journey with Allah, and in Him I place my trust. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of travel, the sorrow of [seeing] unpleasant sights, and from the evil of my return in respect of my wealth and my family.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
Glory be to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could not have accomplished it by ourselves. And to our Lord we are indeed returning. O Allah, we ask You on this journey of ours for goodness and piety, and for works that please You. O Allah, make this journey easy for us and let its distance be short. O Allah, You are the Companion on the journey and the One Who will look after the family. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of the journey, the bad sight, and evil circumstances when returning among family and property. And when returning, he would say these words and add: We are returning, repenting, worshipping, and to our Lord we are praising.
O Allah, I ask of You in this journey righteousness and piety, and deeds that please You. O Allah, make this journey easy for us and make its distance short. O Allah, You are the Companion on the journey and the Successor in the family. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of travel, the sorrow of seeing [evil], and the evil turn of events regarding property and family.
O Allah, I seek guidance from Your knowledge, and seek power from Your might, and I ask of Your immense bounty. For You have power, and I have no power; You have knowledge, and I have no knowledge; and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter (here you name the matter) is good for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter โ (or he said: in my present and future affairs) โ then ordain it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if You know that this matter is bad for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter โ (or he said: in my present and future affairs) โ then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it, and ordain for me that which is good wherever it may be, and make me content with it.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provisions, and acceptable deeds.
