Dua for a Traveler Fulfilling an Obligation Abroad
O Allah, the Divider of every spoil, the Knower of every secret conversation, the Knower of every hidden thing! Your command is never overcome, Your army is never defeated, and Your promise is never broken. Allah does not punish whom He wills, nor does Allah destroy whom He wills, except the doomed. O Allah, ransom every captive, release every prisoner, enrich every poor person, heal every sick person, satisfy the debt of every debtor, know the condition of every fetus. Make our pilgrimage and 'Umrah easy, and free our hearts for Your remembrance. Remind us of Your forgiveness and Your mercy. Do not let us forget Your remembrance, nor strip us of Your favors, nor distance us from Your mercy. Occupy us with the beautiful remembrance of You, and protect us from the evil of Satan and the envious. Fulfill all our needs, O Most Merciful of the merciful. O Allah, You know the intentions of our hearts and our needs, so grant us our requests. Ordain for us the good, and make us content with it. Seal our lives with happiness, and do not make us suffer from what You have decreed, nor distress us with Your actions. Fulfill our needs, forgive us, have mercy on us, support us, accept our repentance, grant us well-being, provide for us, suffice us, and let us die as Muslims. Join us with the righteous, admit us into Paradise, and save us from the Fire. Enter upon us with peace, and grant us peace. O Allah, I ask You by Your Greatest Name, which, when You are called upon by it, You answer, and when You are asked by it, You give, that You may answer my supplication, fulfill my need, realize my objective, make my affair easy, assist me in fulfilling my need, grant me success in what You love and are pleased with, make for me a way out, free my heart for Your remembrance, occupy my heart with Your love, grant me my request, bestow upon me abundant provision, make my end good, admit me into Paradise, save me from the Fire, bless me in my family and my wealth, give until You are pleased, increase me from Your bounty, and admit me into Paradise without account and without punishment, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
