Duas for reliance on Allah and strengthening tawakkul
Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.
O Allah, I seek Your guidance through Your knowledge, and I seek ability through Your power. I ask from Your immense bounty. For indeed, You have power and I have no power, You have knowledge and I have no knowledge, and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter โ (and then you mention your need) โ is good for me in my religion, my livelihood, and the end of my affair, then decree it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if You know that this matter is evil for me in my religion, my livelihood, and the end of my affair, then turn it away from me and turn me away from it, and decree for me the good wherever it may be, and make me satisfied with it.
Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but He. I have placed my trust in Him, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.
O Allah, I seek Your guidance through Your knowledge, and seek ability through Your power, and I ask of Your immense bounty. For You decree and I have no power, and You know and I do not know, and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter (mention your need) is good for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter (or he said: in my present and my future), then ordain it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. O Allah, and if You know that this matter is bad for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter (or he said: in my present and my future), then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it, and ordain for me the good wherever it may be, and make me content with it.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure sustenance, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, return to me my lost item, O Allah, return to me my lost item.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, and the change of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
"Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who have preceded us in faith and do not put rancor in our hearts toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful."
O Allah, I ask You to enable me to do good deeds and abandon evil deeds, and to love the poor. I ask You to forgive me and have mercy upon me. And if You intend to try a people, take me to Yourself without letting me be tried. I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of deeds that bring me closer to Your love.
Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but Him. On Him I have placed my trust, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your judgement upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept unto Yourself in the hidden knowledge of the unseen, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief, and the reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I ask You for its goodness and the goodness of what it contains, and the goodness of what You have decreed for me concerning it. And I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what it contains, and the evil of what You have decreed for me concerning it.
