Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but He. I have placed my trust in Him, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.

Virtues & Benefits
This statement is a profound expression of *tawakkul* (trust in Allah). The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said about this verse: 'Whoever says this in the morning seven times, Allah will suffice him from whatever worries him that day.' (Sunan Abu Dawud 5070). When social isolation makes you feel vulnerable, remembering that Allah is *sufficient* for you, that He is your Protector and Sustainer, can be the most comforting and empowering realization. It shifts your focus from the perceived emptiness of human connection to the boundless presence and strength of your Creator, who never abandons you.
