Dua After Eating for Digestive Health and Gratitude

After Eating
Sahih HadithSahih al-Bukhari 5409

All praise is due to Allah, much, good, and blessed praise. It is not sufficient, nor is it bid farewell to, nor is one independent of it, our Lord.

Alhamdulillah kathiiran tayyiban mubaarakan feehi ghayra makfiyyin wa laa mudawwa'in wa laa mustaghnan 'anhu Rabbuna.

Narrated Abu Umamah: When the table was set for the Prophet (ﷺ), he would say: 'Allahumma lak al-hamdu kathiran tayyiban mubaarakan feehi ghayra makfiyyin wa laa mudawwa'in wa laa mustaghnan 'anhu Rabbuna.' (O Allah, praise be to You, much, good, and blessed praise. It is not sufficient, nor is it bid farewell to, nor is one independent of it, our Lord.)
