In the name of Allah, I have relied upon Allah. There is no might nor power except with Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You lest I stray or be led astray, or slip or be caused to slip, or do wrong or be wronged, or act foolishly or be acted upon foolishly.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leucoderma, madness, leprosy, and all evil diseases.
