بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing on earth nor in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Sami'ul-'Aleem

This powerful supplication is recommended to be recited three times in the morning and three times in the evening. Virtues & Benefits
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ informed us of the immense virtue of this dua. He said, 'Whoever says this three times every morning, will not be afflicted by any calamity unexpectedly during that day, and whoever says it three times in the evening, will not be overtaken by any calamity unexpectedly during that night.' (Sahih Abu Dawud 5087). This hadith clearly highlights its protective qualities, shielding us from unforeseen troubles, both physical and spiritual.

Narrated by Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever says: 'Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Sami'ul-'Aleem' (In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing on earth nor in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) three times in the morning, he will not be afflicted by any calamity unexpectedly during that day, and whoever says it three times in the evening, he will not be overtaken by any calamity unexpectedly during that night." — Sunan Abi Dawud 5087. This hadith is also found in Sahih Ibn Majah 3869.
