اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَسَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leucoderma, madness, leprosy, and all evil diseases.
