I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.
O Allah, I seek guidance from Your knowledge, and strength from Your power, and I ask of Your immense grace. For indeed, You have power, and I have no power; You have knowledge, and I have no knowledge; and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter – and name the matter specifically – is good for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter (or: in my present life and my future) – then decree it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if You know that this matter is bad for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter (or: in my present life and my future) – then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it, and decree for me whatever is good, and make me content with it.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male devils and female devils.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the passing away of Your favors, and from the change of Your protection, and from the sudden punishment of Your wrath, and from all that displeases You.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearing of Your blessings, the changing of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You are displeased with. I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow. I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness. I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess. I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and from being overpowered by men.
O Allah, make me patient, and make me grateful, and make me small in my own eyes, and great in the eyes of people.
In the name of Allah, we enter, and in the name of Allah, we leave, and upon our Lord we depend.
My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my home as a believer and the believing men and believing women.
All praise is due to Allah, abundant, pure, and blessed praise, not to be superseded, not to be abandoned, and without which we cannot dispense, our Lord.
O Allah, remove my ignorance from me, make me forget my mistakes, let me taste the blessings of Your knowledge, and bring forth the spirit of wisdom into my chest.
O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful, and make the Fire forbidden for me, and protect me from the evil of deeds and desires, and admit me with Your mercy into a Paradise with splendor.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds.
