My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my home as a believer and the believing men and believing women.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, from the evil of my sight, from the evil of my tongue, from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen.
O Allah, guide me to the truth in that which disagreement exists, by Your leave. Indeed, You guide whom You will to a straight path.
O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.
O Allah, I seek guidance from Your knowledge and seek power from Your might, and I ask for Your immense bounty. For indeed You have power and I have no power, and You have knowledge and I have no knowledge, and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter (mention your need here) is good for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter (or he said: for my present and my future), then ordain it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if You know that this matter is evil for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter (or he said: for my present and my future), then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it, and ordain for me the good wherever it may be, and make me content with it.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardship of affliction, the attainment of wretchedness, the evil of decree, and the rejoicing of enemies. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demise of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from all evils and impure things (male and female devils).
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from all evil things, male and female (devils).
O Allah, guide me and make me firm (in right conduct). And remind, through guidance, Your guidance to the right path, and through firmness, the straightness of an arrow.
O Allah, forgive me and my parents, and have mercy on them as they brought me up when I was young.
O Allah, I ask You for the guidance of those who turn to You, the actions of the righteous, and the station of the virtuous. And I distance myself from the immorality of those driven by desires. And grant me a happy end. Indeed, You answer prayers.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah, Lord of mankind! Remove the suffering, heal [him/her], for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no ailment behind.
