My Lord, expand my chest [with assurance] and make my task easy for me, and untie the knot from my tongue so they may understand my speech.
O Allah, I ask You for its goodness, the goodness of its inhabitants, and the goodness of what it contains, and I seek refuge in You from its evil, the evil of its inhabitants, and the evil of what it contains.
Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.
O Allah, Lord of the heavens and the earth, Lord of all things. The One who causes the grain and the date-seed to split and sprout. The One who revealed the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran. I seek refuge in You from the evil of all things You are seizing by the forelock. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You. You are the Last, so there is nothing after You. You are the Most显, so there is nothing above You. You are the Most Hidden, so there is nothing nearer than You. Discharges our debt and enrich us from poverty.
Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but He. On Him I have placed my trust, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, and from the evil of His servants, and from the temptations of devils and from their presence.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the passing away of Your blessings, and from the change of Your protection, and from the sudden vengeance of Your punishment, and from all that displeases You.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the overwhelming of debt and the subjugation of men.
O Allah, I ask You by Your knowledge of the unseen and Your power over creation: keep me alive so long as You know that life is better for me, and cause me to die when You know that death is better for me. O Allah, I ask You for Your fear in secret and in public. I ask You for the word of truth in times of contentment and anger. I ask You for moderation in poverty and wealth. I ask You for everlasting bliss. I ask You for the joy of my eye which never ceases. I ask You for contentment after Your decree. I ask You for a pleasant life after death. I ask You for the delight of looking at Your Face and the longing to meet You. I seek refuge in You from ignominious hardship and misguiding error. O Allah, adorn us with the adornment of faith, and make us guides who are guided.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardship of affliction, the attainment of misery, the evil of decree, and the rejoicing of enemies.
Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but He. On Him I have placed my trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.
O Allah, we place You before them, and we seek refuge in You from their evils.
