Duas during storms, wind, drought, eclipse, and natural events
O Allah, make it a beneficial downpour.
Glory be to Allah, the One whom the thunder glorifies by praising Him, and so do the angels out of His awe.
O Allah, let it be around us and not upon us. O Allah, (let it rain) on the hills and mountains, and in the valleys, and on the places where trees grow.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of this wind, and the evil of what is in it, and the evil of what it was sent with. I seek refuge in You from Your anger and Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from the perishing of Your favors, and the changing of Your well-being, and the suddenness of Your vengeance, and all of Your displeasure.
O Allah, I ask You for the good of it (the rain/storm), the good of what is in it, and the good of what it was sent with. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of it, the evil of what is in it, and the evil of what it was sent with. O Allah, I ask You to make it a blessing and a source of watering, and do not make it a trial and a punishment.
O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion and my worldly affairs, and my family, and my property. O Allah, conceal my faults and comfort me in my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me and from behind me, and from my right and from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your Magnificence from being overthrown from beneath me.
O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and the Hereafter.
O Allah, make it a beneficial rain. O Allah, grant us relief (from drought/heat). O Allah, grant us relief. O Allah, grant us relief.
Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, and there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest.
O Allah, turn away from us its heat, and make it coolness and safety, just as You made the fire coolness and safety for Ibrahim (Abraham).
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
