Duas for comfort when feeling alone or isolated
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, the One who causes the grain and the date-stone to split and sprout, the Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Criterion (Quran). I seek refuge in You from the evil of all things You seize by the forelock. O Allah, You are the First, and there is nothing before You; You are the Last, and there is nothing after You; You are the Mostๆพ( ุงูุธุงูุฑ - The Apparent/Exalted), and there is nothing above You; You are the Most Hidden ( ุงูุจุงุทู - Al-Batin), and there is nothing nearer than You. Grant us relief from our debt and enrich us from poverty.
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and all they cover, Lord of the earths and all they carry, Lord of the devils and all they lead astray, be my neighbor [i.e., my protector] from the evil of all Your creation, lest any of them overpower me or transgress against me. Mighty is Your protection, blessed is Your name, and there is no god but You. There is no might nor power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great.
O Allah, I ask You for a soul content through You, believing in meeting You, satisfied with Your decree, and content with Your giving.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the subjugation of men.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your judgment on me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or which You have kept exclusively to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen, that You make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the remover of my anxieties.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is inevitable. Your justice in my regard is fair. I ask You by every name You have named Yourself with, or revealed it to any of Your creation, or sent it down in Your Book, or You have kept it to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that is with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a remover of my sadness and a dispeller of my anxieties.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female-servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to any of Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or which You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my sadness, and a reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provisions, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not entrust me to my own affairs even for the blink of an eye, and set right for me all my affairs. There is no god but You.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is enacted. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which You possess, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my worries.
