In the name of Allah, I perform Ruqyah for you, from every ailment that harms you, from the evil of every soul and envious eye. May Allah cure you, in the name of Allah, I perform Ruqyah for you.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is executed. Your decision concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which You possess, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sorrow, and the reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardship of affliction, from the lowest of misery, from a wicked decree, and from the rejoicing of enemies.
O Allah, make me one who is grateful to You. O Allah, make me one who remembers You. O Allah, make me one who is loving towards You. O Allah, make me one who is humble and penitent towards You, humble and penitent.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provisions, and deeds accepted (by You).
