O Allah, grant us refreshing, wholesome, beneficial, harmless rain, soon and without delay. O Allah, give rain to Your lands, Your livestock, and spread Your mercy. Our Lord, remove the punishment from us; we are believers.
Allahumma isqina ghaythan mughithan mari'an nafi'an ghayra darri 'ajilan ghayra ajil. Allahumma isqi biladaka wa baha'imaka wanshur rahmataka. Rabbana-kshif 'anna al-'adhab, inna mu'minun.

Narrated Abdullah bin Ja'far: The Prophet (๏ทบ) supplicated: 'Allahumma isqina ghaythan mughithan mari'an nafi'an ghayra darri 'ajilan ghayra ajil. Allahumma isqi biladaka wa baha'imaka wanshur rahmataka. Rabbana-kshif 'anna al-'adhab, inna mu'minun.' He said: 'These words were revealed to Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) when he was thrown into the fire.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 1176, classified as Hasan by Al-Albani)
