Duas directly from the Holy Quran
My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my home in faith and the believing men and believing women.
O Allah, I ask You for its (the matter's) goodness and the goodness of what You have destined it for, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what You have destined it for.
In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we exit, and in Allah, our Lord, we trust.
My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me. And He forgone Him. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You should send down to me, in need.
O Allah, grant me health in my sight, O Allah, grant me health in my hearing, O Allah, grant me health in my sight, three times.
Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair, right maturity.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision against unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I shall not need the help of anyone but You.
My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance], And make easy for me my task, And untie the knot from my tongue [so] they will understand my speech.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and overcome by men (in authority).
Guide us to the straight path.
My Lord, indeed I seek refuge in You, lest I ask of You that of which I have no knowledge. And unless You forgive me and have mercy upon me, I will be among the losers.
