O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the reversal of the health You have granted, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik.

Virtues & Benefits
This dua encapsulates a profound seeking of refuge from some of the most difficult aspects of life, including the decline that can accompany old age. By seeking refuge from the 'disappearance of Your blessings' and 'reversal of health,' we are asking Allah to preserve our well-being, both physical and spiritual. The protection from 'sudden punishment' and 'all displeasure' is a plea for a graceful end and contentment in this life and the next. This highlights the importance of acknowledging our dependence on Allah for all aspects of our lives, especially as we become more vulnerable.
