O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, grant me well-being, and provide for me. O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for Your pardon and Your well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my shortcomings and secure my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me and behind me, from my right and from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your Magnificence from being struck from beneath me.
Allahumma-ghfir li, wa-rhamni, wa-hdini, wa-'afini, wa-rzuqni. Allahumma inni as'alukal-'afiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'aluka 'afwaka wa-'afiyataka fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma-stur 'awrati wa aamin raw'ati. Allahumma-hfazni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi, wa 'an yameeni, wa 'an shimalee, wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi-'azamatika an ughtala min taHti.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them): Al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib said to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): 'O Messenger of Allah, I want to ask you for something.' He said: 'What is it?' He said: 'I want you to teach me something that I may ask Allah for.' He said: 'O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, grant me well-being, and provide for me.' He said: 'I find it difficult to ask for your forgiveness and well-being in fewer than these five words.' He said: 'They are the comprehensive words, so ask Allah for them.' (Sahih Muslim 2721)
