O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is effective. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself with, or taught to any one of Your creation, or revealed in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a remover of my grief, and a banisher of my worries. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from weakness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.
Allahumma inni 'abduka, ibnu 'abdika, ibnu amatik, nasiyati biyadika, madin fiyya hukkumuk, 'adlun fiyya qada'uk, as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi nafsak, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqik, aw anzaltahu fi kitabik, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilm al-ghaybi 'indak, an taj'ala al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jila'a huzni, wa dhahaba hammi. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min al-hammi wal-hazani, wal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa dala'i ad-dayni wa ghalabati ar-rijal.

It's perfect for moments when you're feeling the societal pressure to be married, and the whispers of doubt or loneliness start to creep in. Recite it after every obligatory prayer, or whenever you feel these feelings arising, especially during times when you might be reminded of societal expectations, like family gatherings or during Ramadan.

Make this dua with sincerity and deep conviction, understanding that Allah (SWT) is the ultimate disposer of affairs. Raise your hands as taught by the Sunnah, with the palms facing upwards, and maintain a state of purity (wudu). Utter the words clearly and with a humble heart. Believe that Allah will ease your burden, replace your sadness with joy through the Quran, and protect you from the anxieties of this world.

‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, “No person suffers any anxiety or grief, and says: 'O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is effective. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself with, or taught to any one of Your creation, or revealed in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a remover of my grief, and a banisher of my worries.' - but Allah will remove his anxiety and grief, and replace them with joy.” It was said: “O Messenger of Allah, should we not learn these words?” He said: “Yes, indeed! It is not permissible for anyone to suffer any anxiety or grief, and say them, but Allah will remove his anxiety and grief, and replace them with joy.” [Sunan Abi Dawud 1554 - Hasan]
