O Allah, guide us among those whom You have guided. Grant us well-being among those whom You have granted well-being. Take us into Your care among those whom You have taken into Your care. Bless us in what You have bestowed. Protect us from the evil of what You have decreed, for You decree and are not decreed against, and none whom You have taken as an ally is humbled. Blessed are You, our Lord, and Exalted.

Virtues & Benefits
This dua encapsulates our deepest needs: guidance (ihdina), well-being (afina), divine protection and support (tawallana), blessings in provision (barik lana), and refuge from all harm (qina sharra ma qadayt). It acknowledges Allah's absolute sovereignty ('innaka taqdi wa la yuqda 'alayk) and His power to protect us from disgrace (la yadhillu man walayt). Reciting it on Friday, a day of immense blessings, amplifies our hope for acceptance and divine favor.
Source & Authentication
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Seek the hour in which the call to prayer is made and the ranks close up in the battle of the people of the Fire. If you are in that state, then ask Allah for Paradise.' Another version, narrated by Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'There is an hour on Friday and nothing passes by it of good, but the Hour will be mixed with it.' [Sunan Abu Dawud 1479, Book 25, Hadith 47]. While the specific dua above isn't directly linked to the 'hour of acceptance' in this particular narration, it is a general supplication of great value, and seeking guidance is always paramount, especially on a day like Friday.
