O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and overcome by men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhl, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahri ar-rijal

Virtues & Benefits
This supplication encapsulates seeking refuge from some of the most crippling emotional and psychological burdens. By asking Allah to protect us from 'distress and sorrow' (al-hammi wal-hazani), we are directly addressing the roots of anxiety and despair, which often fuel the fear of being alone. It reinforces the believer's reliance on Allah, reminding us that true security and peace come from Him alone, not from companionship or material comfort.
