It was narrated from 'Abdullah that when the Prophet (ﷺ) slept, he would say: 'O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and the Great Throne, our Lord and the Lord of all things, Revealer of the Torah, the Injil and the Qur'an, I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything You have seized by the forelock. O Allah, You are the First, than Whom nothing is before You; You are the Last, than Whom nothing is after You; You are the Apparent, than Whom nothing is above You; You are the Hidden, than Whom nothing is below You. Settle our debt for us, and enrich us from poverty.' (When he woke up, he would say:) 'There is no god but Allah, the True, the Manifest. Lord of the seven heavens and the Throne of truth.'
