O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. I seek refuge in You from anxiety and distress, and from the evil of my deeds and their consequences. I seek refuge in You from being led astray or causing others to go astray, from wronging others or being wronged, from acting in ignorance or being treated with ignorance.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuji'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik, wa a'udhu bika min qalaqi al-hammi, wa su'i al-manjazi, wa a'udhu bika min an udalla, aw uzalla, aw uzilla, aw azlima, aw uzlama, aw ajhala, aw yujhala 'alayya.
