أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

When to Read
Recite this when you feel a sense of unease, unexplained illness, or a general feeling that someone's gaze might have caused harm. It's particularly potent if you know or suspect someone has envied you or admired something of yours without invoking Allah's blessing.
How to Read
Recite it sincerely, with full conviction in Allah's power to protect. You can blow gently onto yourself after reciting, or onto the person who may be affected. It can be recited once or three times for greater protection.
