In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm in the earth nor in the heavens, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
Bismillahi alladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i, wa Huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem.

This powerful supplication is best recited in the morning and evening, after Fajr and before sunset. It's also a wise choice to say it when you feel a sense of unease, or when you know you will be interacting with people who might harbor ill will or envy towards you. Making it a habit shields you throughout the day and night.
How to Read
Recite this dua with sincere conviction, believing that Allah (SWT) is your ultimate protector. It is recommended to recite it three times in the morning and three times in the evening. Keep your heart present, focusing on the meaning of the words: Allah's name brings protection, and He hears and knows all things. You can also blow gently onto yourself after reciting it, similar to how the Prophet ﷺ did with Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas.

It instills a deep sense of reliance on Allah (SWT), reminding us that no created being can harm us without His permission. By reciting it regularly, we activate Allah's divine protection, seeking refuge in His mighty name from any hidden or apparent danger.

Abu Ad-Dardaa' (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'Whoever says in the morning: 'Bismillahi alladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i, wa Huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem' (In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm in the earth nor in the heavens, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing), then one hundred trials will not afflict him that day, and whoever says it in the evening, then one hundred trials will not afflict him that night.' (Reported by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah, and graded Hasan by scholars).
