In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Say: 'I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn from the evil of what He has created, and from the evil of the darkening night as it falls, and from the evil of those who practice witchcraft when they blow on knots, and from the evil of the envious one as he envies.'
Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem. Qul a'oodhu birabbil-falaqi min sharri ma khalaqa wa min sharri ghasiqin idha waqaba wa min sharrin-naffathaati fil-'uqadi wa min sharri haasidin idha hasada.

Virtues & Benefits
The last ayah, 'and from the evil of the envious one as he envies,' directly addresses seeking refuge from the harm of envy. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ highly recommended reciting Surah Al-Falaq (along with Surah An-Nas) for protection against all evils. Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that when the Prophet ﷺ was ill, he would recite the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) and then blow on his body. When his illness worsened, she recited them and wiped his body with her hand, seeking its blessing. (Sahih al-Bukhari 5016).
