In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of my soul and from the evil of every devil and every malicious creature, and from the evil of every creature You are seizing by its forelock. Verily my Lord is on a Straight Path.
Bismillahi, a'udhu billahi min sharri nafsi wa min sharri kulli shaitanin wa barizin, wa min sharri kulli dhi sharrin, wa min sharri kulli dabah. Anta akhidun binasiyatiha, wa inna Rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqim.

It was narrated from Abdullah bin Mas'ud that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: '...Then he said: 'Say: Bismillahi, a'udhu billahi min sharri nafsi wa min sharri kulli shaitanin wa barizin, wa min sharri kulli dhi sharrin, wa min sharri kulli dabah. Anta akhidun binasiyatiha, wa inna Rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqim.'
