بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا، إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of myself and from the evil of every moving creature. You seize it by its forelock. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path.
Bismillahi, a'udhu billahi min sharri nafsi wa min sharri kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun binasiyatiha, inna Rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqim.

Narrated by 'Abdullah (bin Mas'ud) (may Allah be pleased with him): When the Prophet ﷺ encountered any adversities, he would say: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا، إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ (Bismillahi, a'udhu billahi min sharri nafsi wa min sharri kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun binasiyatiha, inna Rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqim.)
