‘Uthman bin Abu Al-‘As (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I complained to Allah’s Messenger ﷺ about a pain I felt in my body from the time I embraced Islam. Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said: 'Place your hand where you feel pain in your body and say: Bismillah (In the name of Allah) three times, and say seven times: A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir (I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I feel and what I fear).' — Sahih Muslim 2208
