In Your name, my Lord, I lay down my side, and in Your name I rise. If You should take my soul, then have mercy upon it. And if You should return my soul, then protect it with what You protect Your righteous servants.
Bismika Rabbi wada'tu janbi, wa bika arfa'uhu. In amsakta nafsi farhamha, wa in arsaltaha fahfadh'ha, bima tahfazu bihi 'ibadakas-salihin.

Source & Authentication
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say when he went to bed: 'O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and of all that they overshadow, Lord of the earth and of all that they carry, Lord of the devils and of all whom they lead astray, Lord of the winds and of all that they scatter! I ask You for the good of this night and the good of what comes after it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this night and the evil of what comes after it. I ask You to grant me provision and protection in this life and the next. O Allah, I ask You to preserve my faith and grant me well-being, and to protect me from that which might harm me. I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.' And he used to say when he woke up: 'All Praise is due to Allah Who restored my soul to me and granted me well-being in my body, and allowed me to remember Him, and invoked Him.' (This is a different narration that includes more comprehensive duas, the specific one provided is also authentic and recommended for sleep).
