O Allah, I ask You for steadfastness in all affairs, and firmness in guidance; I ask You for the means to be grateful for Your blessings, and to worship You in the best manner. I ask You for a sound heart and a truthful tongue. I ask You for all the good You know, and I seek refuge in You from all the evil You know, and I ask Your forgiveness for all that You know. Verily, You are the Knower of unseen things.
O Allah, grant my soul its piety and purify it, for You are the Best Purifier. You are its Guardian and its Master. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not fear (You), from a soul that is never satisfied, and from a supplication that is not answered.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demolition of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You decree. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and the evil of what I have not done.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my tongue, and from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my sperm.
O Allah, help me to remember You, to give You thanks, and to worship You in the best manner.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and accepted deeds.
O Allah, return that which is entrusted to me to whomever it is due, and instill Your fear in my heart, and make my tongue truthful with it, and enrich me with Your wealth. Indeed, no one possesses it except You, and no one is its owner except You, and no one bestows it except You, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firm our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair a right guidance.
