O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demolition of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You decree. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and the evil of what I have not done.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fu'jaati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri ma 'amiltu wa min sharri ma lam a'mal.

‘Uthman bin ‘Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no servant who says, in the morning of every day and the evening of every night: 'O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the Apparent, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Who has dominion over all things, I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself, from the evil of Satan and his associates, and from the evil of all that is feared.'' He said: 'And He (the Prophet ﷺ) said: 'Say it in the morning, and in the evening, and in your bed.' In another narration: 'O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the Apparent, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Who has dominion over all things. My hand is in Your hand. My resolve is by Your will. My trust is in You. My fear is of You. My hope is in You. There is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself, from the evil of Satan and his associates, and from the evil of all that is feared.' (Another version of the above dua is) 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demolition of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You decree. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and the evil of what I have not done.'
