Narrated Abdullah bin Yazeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah's Signs are not for anyone to disbelieve, but for the heedful. So, see to it that you do not disbelieve in Allah's Signs.' And `Abdullah bin Yazeed said: 'Allah's Signs are His Signs, so you should not deny them.' And he said: 'The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The rainbow is one of the Signs of Allah, and it is a sign of His covenant for His creation, and it is not a rainbow that descends to the earth." This is reported from Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) as: "Whoever sees it, let him say: Glory be to Him whose command is carried out as He wills."
