بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Aleem.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ informed us about the immense virtue of this dua. He said: 'Whoever says this three times in the morning, will not be afflicted by any calamity before evening; and whoever says it three times in the evening, will not be afflicted by any calamity before morning.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 5080). This Hadith highlights that consistent recitation acts as a divine safeguard against unforeseen troubles and dangers, including natural events like geysers.

Narrated by Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'He who says: 'Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Aleem' (In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) three times every morning, will not be afflicted by any calamity before evening; and whoever says it three times in the evening, will not be afflicted by any calamity before morning.'
