اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ . وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا وَشَرِّ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ . اللَّهُمَّ اكْشِفْ عَنَّا غَيْمَهَا وَاصْرِفْ عَنَّا أَذَاهَا وَاقْطَعْ عَنَّا عِضَاهَهَا وَأَبْدِلْنَا مَكَانَ رِيحِهَا رَحْمَةً وَفِيهَا بَرَكَةً وَتَقْوًى وَاجْعَلْهَا عَلَيْنَا مَطَرَ خَيْرٍ لَا مَطَرَ عَذَابٍ .
O Allah, I ask You for the good of this (wind/storm/weather) and the good of what is in it and the good of what it has been sent with. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of this and the evil of what is in it and the evil of what it has been sent with. O Allah, remove from us its clouds, turn away from us its harm, break for us its branches (or afflictions), and replace its wind with mercy and therein with blessings and piety, and make it a rain of goodness for us, not a rain of punishment.
Allahumma inni as'aluka khayraha wa khayra ma fiha wa khayra ma ursilat bih. Wa a'udhu bika min sharriha wa sharri ma fiha wa sharri ma ursilat bih. Allahumma-kshif 'anna ghaymaha wa-srif 'anna adhaha wa-qta' 'anna 'idahaha wa abdilna makani riyhiha rahmatan wa fiha barakatan wa taqwan waj'alha 'alayna matara khayrin la matara 'adhabin.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was hit by the wind and said: 'O Allah, I ask You for the good of this and the good of what is in it and the good of what it has been sent with. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of this and the evil of what is in it and the evil of what it has been sent with. O Allah, remove from us its clouds, turn away from us its harm, and replace our wind with mercy and blessings and piety, and make it a rain of goodness for us, not a rain of punishment.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what is this wind?' He said: 'I did not curse it, but I said: O Allah, I ask You for the good of this and the good of what is in it and the good of what it has been sent with. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of this and the evil of what is in it and the evil of what it has been sent with.'
