‘Aaishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the wind blew very strongly, the Prophet (ﷺ) would say: 'Allahumma inni as'aluka khayraha wa khayra ma fiha wa khayra ma ursilata bihi, wa a'udhu bika min sharriha wa sharri ma fiha wa sharri ma ursilata bihi' (O Allah, I ask You for its goodness, the goodness of what is in it, and the goodness of what it has been sent with, and I seek refuge in You from its evil, the evil of what is in it, and the evil of what it has been sent with). And when the sky became overcast with clouds, he would give up sitting and would turn towards the clouds. He would say: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min al-'anata wal-janata' (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trouble and the torment). And when it rained, he would say: 'Allahumma sayyiban naafi'an' (O Allah, let it be a beneficial downpour).
