الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
All praise is due to Allah Who has clothed me with this (garment) and provided it for me without any power or strength on my part.

It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he put on a new garment, would name it (i.e., say the name of the garment, like a shirt or a cloak), then he would say: 'Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi kasani hadhath-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah.' (All praise is due to Allah Who has clothed me with this (garment) and provided it for me without any power or strength on my part).
