الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Praise be to Allah Who has clothed me with this (garment) and provided it for me, without any strength on my part, nor any power.
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi kasani hadha-th-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwatin.

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) put on a new garment, he would mention its name, be it a shirt or a turban, and then say: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ (Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi kasani hadha-th-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwatin).
