الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
All praise is for Allah Who has clothed me in this (garment) and provided it for me without any strength or power on my part.
Alhamdulillahil-ladhi kasani hadhat-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'When any one of you puts on a garment, he should say: AL-HAMDU LILLAHIL-LADHI KASANI HADHAT-THAWBA WA RAZAQANIHI MIN GHAYRI HAWLIN MINNI WA LA QUWWAH (All praise is for Allah Who has clothed me in this garment and provided it for me without any strength or power on my part). Then he should say: ALHAMDU LILLAHI ALA NI'MATI AL-ISLAM (Praise be to Allah for the blessing of Islam). Then he should say: ALHAMDU LILLAHI ALA MA RAZAQANI (Praise be to Allah for what He has provided), whether it is a garment that is modest or immodest [meaning: whether it is an expensive or cheap garment].'
