الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
All praise is for Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, without any strength or power on my part.

The Tirmidhi version mentions that the person is forgiven for their previous sins, and in another narration by Abu Dawud, it's mentioned that the person is granted protection and good health.
