الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
All praise is for Allah Who clothed me with this (garment) and provided it for me without any strength or power from my side.

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) wore a new garment, he would mention its name, like a shirt or a cloak, and then say: 'Al-hamdu lillah alladhi kafani ma tawara bi wa 'attalani mimma yatafa dhool. (All praise is due to Allah Who sufficed me with what I needed to cover my 'awrah with it, and made me beautiful with it.)' Then he would say: 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created.' He said this thrice. Then the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) put on his shirt. The narrator Abu 'Imran said: 'Al-hamdu lillah alladhi kasani hadha ath-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah.' (All praise is due to Allah Who clothed me with this (garment) and provided it for me without any strength or power from my side.)
