Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wore a new garment, he would mention its name, be it a shirt or a turban, and then say: 'Alhamdulillah alladhi kafani wa 'awwalani (Praise be to Allah Who has sufficed me and granted me sustenance). Then he would say: 'A'udhu billahi min sharri nafsi wa min sharri ma suni'a li (I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of my soul and from the evil of what has been done for me).'
