الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Praise is to Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, without any strength or power from myself.

Source & Authentication
When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) wore a new garment, he would mention its name, be it a shirt, a turban, or a cloak, and then say: 'Alhamdulillah alladhi kafani wa 'awmani wa razaqani min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwatin.' (Praise is to Allah Who sufficed me and gave me what is sufficient and provided for me, without strength from me nor power). Then he might say: 'Alhamdulillah alladhi kasani hadha ath-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwatin.' (Praise is to Allah Who clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, without any strength or power from myself).
