الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
All praise is for Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me without any power or strength from my side.

(Al-hamdulillah alladhi kasani hadha ath-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah.) And when a woman wears a new garment, she should say the same. Narrated by 'Umar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), and attributed to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
