يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ وَعَلَى طَاعَتِكَ
O Turner of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion and upon Your obedience.

The hadith narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) states: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Verily, the hearts of the children of Adam are between the two fingers of the Most Merciful, like one heart, He disposes of it however He wills.' Then he said: 'O Allah, Turner of hearts, turn our hearts to Your obedience.' (Sahih Muslim 2648). The specific wording 'Ya muqallibal quloobi thabbit qalbi 'ala deenika wa 'ala ta'atika' is also found in Sunan At-Tirmidhi, graded Hasan.
